A: Beginning September 9, you can order online through your demonstrator's business web site.
Q: How does ordering online work? Do I just click on the products I want? Does it automatically calculate the shipping and tax for the customer?
A: Yes, Stampin’ Up!’s Online Ordering is very similar to other online shopping sites. Simply add items to a shopping bag and click to check out. The shipping and tax will be automatically calculated.
Q: When I order merchandise online, do I get to see samples and ideas for using the products?
A: The online store will be very similar to the catalog. Not only will you be able to buy products directly from your demonstrator online, you’ll also be able to view samples and ideas displayed in the catalog and other Stampin’ Up! materials.
Q: Do I get hostess benefits when ordering online?
A: We know your relationship with your demonstrator is important, so when you place a qualifying order from your demonstrator’s web site, you will be eligible for Stampin’ Rewards (the online version of Hostess Benefits).
Q: Is there any difference (in price, minimum shipping, etc.) between placing an online order through my demonstrator's web site and placing it with her in person?
A: When you order through your demonstrator’s web site, you’ll enjoy the same catalog and minimum shipping prices, and qualifying orders will still be eligible for Stampin’ Rewards (Hostess Benefits).
Q: If I forget where to find my demonstrator’s web site, can I look her up?
A: Yes. You can find your demonstrator through the Demonstrator Locator.
Q: Does Online Ordering take the place of the traditional Stampin' Up! workshop?
A: Absolutely not. Nothing can replace the enjoyment of learning and stamping with friends. While you now have the convenience of ordering from your demonstrator online, Online Ordering is not designed to replace workshops, but to supplement them by giving you access to your demonstrator and her great ideas any time, day or night.
Q: With Online Ordering, will the online catalog go away?
A: The new Online Ordering system is much more dynamic than the old online catalogs and is designed to replace it.
